Create named age, skill and gender categories such as U10, U19 and Open, with men’s, women’s and mixed doubles entry types.
For leagues, keep separate divisions for different competitive levels. Choose the format and review eligibility for each division before generating fixtures.

Set category-specific seeds using your chosen ranking. Balanced knockout placement separates seeded opponents in the first round and positions the strongest seeds for later-round meetings.
See the path ahead
Review rounds, pairings and byes in the draw bracket. The top two seeds occupy opposite halves; stronger seed groups are separated when bracket size allows.
Give each match a place
Set times and courts after generating the draw. Venue and known-player overlap checks help organizers resolve clashes before match day.
Seeding applies to knockout draws. League round-robin fixtures remain all-play-all. Draw generation and match scheduling are separate organizer steps.

Player notifications · planned
Automatic schedule reminders by email, WhatsApp or push are not yet available. Organizers should communicate match times and changes through their existing channels.
The right access, match by match
Assign an active account as a match’s judge or scorer. They can start and update their assigned match, using the relevant score fields and notes.
The organizer confirms the final winner, publishes official results and closes the tournament. Live scores remain provisional until confirmation.
